14-Day Return Period

Customers may request a return and refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided the bike is free from damage, include all original accessories, and in original sealed condition.

To qaulify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

-Item must be unopened and factory sealed
-Item must be in original packaging with all seals intact
-Item must be in resellable condition (no damage or tampering)
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Refundable Items

The following item cannot be return or refunded

-Any opened or unsealed products
-Items returned after the 14-day return period
-Products that are damaged, used, or altered
